The accommodating owners helped with parking, but our room was extremely small.

The family room we stayed in was cozy and clean. Beds were super comfy, and we really appreciated the hot shower. Plenty of tea and coffee options too, which was a nice touch. It felt modern and had everything we needed for a good stay. Just a bit tight on space, but it worked for us.

Had a lovely stay! The owners were super friendly, and breakfast was top-notch—big portions with no grease. Room was clean, but a bit cramped. It's in a prime location near the seaside and attractions. Parking is a bonus. I missed the bar since I was out late. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

I had a lovely stay at The Marsden. The room felt cozy and was spotlessly clean, which was impressive. Breakfast was a real treat. the full English was hearty, and I appreciated the range of cereals available too. Leon and Christine were fantastic hosts, treating everyone like family. They made the experience relaxed and fun. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach. parking could be a bit tricky at times. the mattress in my room was too soft for my liking, making it a bit uncomfortable on certain nights. I loved my time here, and the warm atmosphere made the minor issues easy to overlook.

The breakfast was top-notch, especially the full English – proper belly filler! Plus, the cozy lounge area with that adorable bulldog made our stay feel like home.

Unfortunately, the parking was a bit of a faff, and the mattress felt softer than a marshmallow – not exactly ideal for a good night’s kip!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the presence of the owners' charming dog added to the welcoming feel of the place. The only downside was the parking situation, which could be a bit tricky if you need regular access to your car.

The lounge area was perfect for winding down after a long day, and breakfast was delicious with a fulfilling full English option. The clean, comfortable family room catered perfectly to our needs, just a short stroll from the Pleasure Beach. The only downside was the tight parking, but the hosts helped us navigate that without issue.
